He has spent over 20 years working on Air Traffic Control Systems. Todd is also a Ph. D. student at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. His research is focused on the performance of Mission Critical SOA Networks and geographic vulnerabilities in networks. His work with geographic vulnerability evaluation recently won a best paper award at the IEEE CQR 2011. He is a Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri and received his MSEE and BSEE/BSCE from the University of Kansas and University of Missouri, Columbia respectively.
